We have a permanent vacancy for a Finance Administrator, working in a busy finance team based just north of Cambridge in a home office. This position would be suitable for two part time people, working two or three days each.

We are a small firm of UK Independent Financial Advisers that is part of an award-winning financial services business with a worldwide presence. Our overall business is growing and we are looking at a period of substantial expansion.

Our firm specialises in assisting individual investors' resident around the world, so our finance section is involved in a wide range of tasks, including liaising with financial providers, other Aisa staff and advisers in other offices in the UK and EU. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join our growing business in a supportive administrative role in the Finance Department.

We are looking for a team member, who is proactive and able to manage and prioritise their own workload according to strict deadlines. This role requires good verbal, written communication and organisational skills. It will suit someone who enjoys variety and new challenges. You will need to be numerate and able to manage data accurately, with good analytical and problem-solving skills. You will need to be experienced and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, and in particular, Excel.

The duties will be varied, including:

·Management and reconciling of International bank accounts, in multiple currencies

·Processing providers' adviser fees

·Making payments to suppliers, advisers and staff

·Liaising with our other offices; our EU accountants and organisations

·Maintaining information on our back-office system

·Providing administrative support to the Directors as and when required

·Covering all aspects of general administrative work

Previous experience in doing similar tasks would be desirable but not essential. The full time pro rata salary for the right people will be up to £25,000 during the probation period.
