Your work will have real-world impact, and you'll be supported in achieving your career goals.Position summary :Reporting to Director Commercial Channel Operations, this role is designed to support growth in Emerging Markets by implementation of commercial process excellence projects with our channel partners to standardised commercial best practice and performance management processes as well as support Channel Sales Managers & Channel Partners. The aim is to implement ways of working that drive continuous improvement and ensure legal and regulatory compliance, whilst creating an efficient commercial environment for both MBD and the channel partner.How you will make an impact?Deploy Channel Management tools, processes and operational efficiencies in line with Global Emerging Markets Channel Management roadmap including Compliance, Regulatory needs, training programs, Incentives, Ethics, Contracts, Go to Market Optimisation, Business Reviews, performance management, Marketing Support etc.Provide support for Sales Teams and Channel Partners and identifies areas for continuous improvement to help keep sales teams focusedFacilitate and drive go to market review process and ensures accountability of Go To Market strategies and compliance to standard processesImplement processes and ensure process discipline for Onboarding, Offboarding and Channel portfolio changesEstablish market intelligence collation and access for Channel Sales teams to support growth and long term sales strategiesEstablish standardised QBR and annual SBR formats and drives QBR/SBR discipline and follow upBe the Compliance/Securimate and Channel partner contract go to person for working with Channel Sales, Legal and Compliance to ensure full compliance in the regionDeploy analytics to Channel Sales Team to help drive growth and identify opportunitiesWork closely with Sales Operations tools and data analyticsWork closely with Regulatory to ensure deliverables are met for EM registration needs and revenue is realised / risk is mitigatedWork closely with Customer Service to improve order to delivery cycle times, communication and support for EM ChannelsDrive Distributor Satisfaction Survey projects and drive actions to improve satisfaction levelsEstimated 30% travelWho we are looking for: experience, skills & abilitiesCommercial experience with distributors preferablePrevious experience in a Commercial organisationExcellent influencing, communication & presentation skillsExperience in Cross functional process improvement & process excellenceEffective interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.Willing to travel and work with the channel partners Six Sigma, Total Quality, 5S or lean management an advantageExperience in process and project managementCommercial experience with distributors preferableStrong English language skills Preferred experience Six Sigma, Total Quality, 5S or lean management an advantageAdditional language skillsAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 75,000 extraordinary minds have a unique story to tell.
