1st Line IT Support - Epsom - £18k

A highly successful managed service provider are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their team and help support thousands of clients with on premise IT and network related issues. This position has become available due to rapid company growth and the need for further support to join forces.

This role will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to the IT and Telecoms customer bases and escalating cases that require 2nd/3rd line support. It will also be the successful candidate's task to maintain SLAs on support tickets ensuring the resolution of customer problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Experience with the full Microsoft package including; Exchange, Office 365 etc.
- Preferably up to 6 months previous experience within a similar 1st line role.
- Time spent working with a ticketing systems.

It is worth taking into consideration that candidates must be happy with the requirement for out of hours/on-call cover as part of a team rota.
