Robert Half Finance and Accounting are pleased to be working with a manufacturing business based in Blackburn to recruit for a temporary accounts assistant. The brand are globally recognised and are in the process of expanding through exciting developments based at several of their locations.


The successful accounts assistant will experience a highly varied role, in which, the responsibilities will include -
  • Bank reconciliations in several currencies including GBP, USD and Euro
  • Posting Journals
  • Cash management
  • Credit card expenses
  • Importing of sales data
  • Sales reconciliations
  • Cover for both AP and AR functions as and when required
  • Other Adhoc duties within the finance department


This role will suit either an experienced accounts assistant that is looking for a new challenge or an upcoming accounts assistant that is looking to broaden their exposure to new area in finance. Key traits to be successful in this role include -

Salary & Benefits

This role offers an hourly rate of £9/£11 per hour depending on experience.
