We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist - International.to join our team in Aspect.GENERAL SCOPE & SUMMARYStrategic Event Management:
• Manage the design and execution of events geared toward client awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty/retention, cross sell and upsell, new business acquisition including, but not limited to conferences, seminars, trade shows, and regional events or roundtables.
• Work with the marketing team and other extended marketing team members (regional, functional, industry, etc.) to organize and execute regional customer and prospect meetings and events (panel/roundtables/industry conference receptions, etc.) to strengthen relationships and drive revenue with strategic clients and targets.
• Develop strategy, messaging, content, and execution of international webinar calendar around thought leadership, vertical and product propositions.
• Provide best practice guidance, and input into local sales and marketing activities such as, customer seminars, user group events and nurturing activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing operations team to report on programs through the marketing and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing creative services team to develop and deliver marketing support materials such as email invitations and landing pages to support programs and campaigns.
Public Relations & Social Media:
• Development and execution of content calendar to support our customer and new business campaigns.
• Production, management, localisation & distribution of press releases to support customer wins, thought leadership, product, and corporate strategy.
• Production, management, and localisation of organic social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Xing etc.
• Management of analyst briefings, PR interviews and supporting presentation material.
Communications:
• Development, management, and execution of customer communications plan including writing emails and newsletters to support our customer first strategy to drive upsell, cross-sell and retention/loyalty opportunities.
• Copywriting to support nurture programme activity.
• Writing, management of marketing activity including Social Media activity, marketing update, general marketing communications.Localisation & Translation
• Management of localisation/Translation of content, collateral, tactics and assets across international geography including German, Chinese language.Other:
• Develop an understanding of Aspect customers and products to actively and creatively come up with suggestions for tools and lead generation activities.
• Strong command of English language to undertake copy writing for social media posts, press releases, emails, digital banners, blogs etc.
• Lead marketing programs, campaigns, and projects as assigned.
• Manage third party vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS.• Strong events management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the to communicate and interface with senior management.
• PR and social media experience an advantage.
• Detail oriented, highly organised, and able to effectively multi-task, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate complex information to people of all levels: peers, subordinates, sales, and leadership.
• Self-confidence to sell ideas and brief agencies and the marketing team.
• Desire to learn and opportunity to pioneer marketing best practices.
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Develops and administers budgets and performance requirements.
• Prepared to travel.
