£19,500 - £20,000 + Great Bonus & Benefits

My client is a large and successful multi channel retailer in the UK.

With stores around the UK an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Aldeburgh. My client have an exciting future with expansion through innovations in the pipeline.

As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the store achieves and exceeds sales targets whilst delivering a high quality service to its customers and keeping within budget. You will have experience in stock control and working in a fast paced environment.

The Assistant Store Manager must have the following skills & experience:

- Experience in retail store management

- Be able to demonstrate a high level of people management skills

- Good organisational and administrative skills

- Proven ability to achieve targets
