Due to continuous growth and development our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to help contribute towards their growing success. The successful candidate will act as a senior / supervisor to an experienced team. You'll be based at their offices in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

To be considered for the role, you'll need to be experienced in:

Working within an Accounts Payable Team
Accounting systems
Acting as a senior within a team, dealing with escalated issues and supervising activity

The successful candidate will have solid experience of end-to-end purchase ledger, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Within this position, you'll also be:

Managing invoices through the system, ensuring that suppliers are paid
Ensuring regular communications are in place, KPIs met and issues resolved
Managing and supporting AP team
Implementing weekly business reporting on unauthorised invoices
Overseeing all AP tasks such as weekly payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations, supplier set ups
Undertaking monthly ledger reviews
Taking responsibility for all AP processes ensuring that tight controls are in place

Salary & Working Hours

£23,000 Per Annum + Benefits

Monday - Friday
