Business Skills Trainer (Account management training)

Location: UK - flexible as required to travel

Are you a professional Trainer with experience of training business skills within a large and corporate environment? Would you like the opportunity to develop your career within a leading and reputable global organisation?........

Our client who are a large, global organisation have an exciting and brand-new opportunity for a Business Skills Trainer to train and deliver learning solutions for high potential employees including key account managers to support the overall Talent & Development plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Deliver, coordinate and facilitate the business skills training programme for managers within the business

* own the global updates and development of all Business Skills course related content

* be ambassador for all Business Skills training

* travel across UK sites to deliver training across the business

To be successful you will have/be:

· Proven experience in a similar Business Skills Trainer role within a corporate environment

· Ideally be educated to degree level and a qualified coach/ trainer

· Experience of training and developing others within a fast-paced environment

· Able and willing to travel frequently within the UK

· Excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills

· Well-developed personal and project management skills

· Strong interest and desire to develop self

· Interested in innovation and new ways to learn

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

Above all you will have:

* A passion for training/ learning and development and the desire to make a difference

* First class interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
