Digital Account Manager
A Digital Account Manager is needed to join an expanding digital consultancy in St Albans. Joining as their Digital Account Manager expect to maintain and develop relationships with key clients which in turn will help this innovative digital agency expand further.

Reporting into the Client Partnership Director the Digital Account Manager will proactively support, manage and service clients across a mix of digital strategy and enterprise level design and build projects. In addition, the role will support the Client Partnership Directors in responding to new business opportunities. Whether you are taking client briefs, compiling budgets and roadmaps for clients, building relationships, client planning, pitching ideas or leading review meetings, the role will be fundamental in building key client relationships and providing a fantastic service experience to the client.
To qualify… You should be a Digital Account Manager / SAM / Account Manager / Relationship Manager / Key Account Handler / Client Services Exec or similar who can demonstrate:
- Experience in Account Management within a digital agency;
- Ability to manage and drive accounts;
- Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation skills;
- Experience in Content Experience Management;
- Strong communication skills;
- Great problem-solving skills;
- Interest in marketing technology;
- Ability to think strategically.
