A Programme Manager is needed to join a leading not-for-profit organisation based in London. This organisation is responsible for inspiring the next generation of engineers, who will be instrumental in helping shape the future of the world we live in. The Programme Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of Tomorrow's Engineers.
This nationally recognised not-for-profit organisation works with a growing network of companies, all of which share a purpose to engage more effectively with more young people and in doing so, inspire the next generation of engineers and build the future workforce. Tomorrow's Engineers, currently brings together, and eventually will join up, engaging hands-on activities from many different providers that showcase and contextualise modern engineering, with great careers information that helps young people understand how what they learn at school is used in the real world.
The Programme Manager will be a proactive, enthusiastic and dedicated professional who will be passionate about working in the Engineering sector. Whether you are developing and implementing strategy, working with the internal development team, identifying new funding opportunities, managing budgets, managing the TE Coordinator or building and maintaining relationships with key external partners, the Programme Manager will be fundamental in the strategic direction of Tomorrow's Engineers.
To qualify... You could be a Programme Manager / Programme Delivery Manager / Programme Senior or similar with a CV that demonstrates:
- Proven experience developing programmes at a strategic level;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- Confident communicator;
- Great relationship management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills;
- Experience of managing external partners.
