Your new role
Based in our offices in New Malden you will be responsible for managing all client contract records in the department. Provide support to the Self-Billing Projects and Implementations team when required. Ensuring signed contracts are held on file, contract summary forms and notes are completed, and all necessary logs and trackers maintained

What you'll need to succeed
You will be highly organised, articulate team player and recent graduate with preferably 1+years experience in an office or billing administration environment. You will have A1 organisation skills and have good working knowledge of excel and have excellent attention to details.

What you'll get in return
This is a temp opportunity with a view for the role to go permanent in 2-3 weeks. On a temp basis the role is paying £12.00 - £14.00 per hour . The permanent salary is upto £25K + benefits and an opportunity to progress within a shared service environment.
