National Account Manager - Growing Cider Brand


£40,000-£45,000 + competitive commission & package

An exciting NAM position has become available for an ambitious individual looking to take the next step in their career with a cider's industry leader.

This position will suit either an experienced National Account Manager or Business Development Manager looking for a new challenge with a sound working knowledge of the on-trade.

You will be responsible for managing & driving new business & distribution growth of the brand portfolio across the national on-trade sector.

It is essential you have a proven track record of having managed national on-trade customers, ideally the major national restaurant and pub groups.

The role:
  • Manage a range of high profile, sophisticated customers across UK On Trade
  • Negotiate effectively with customers to ensure optimum profile and return ensuring correct RTM partner
  • Report into and liaise on a regular basis with the Sales Director
  • Full P&L, Investment, and KPI accountability

The ideal candidate:
  • Background exposure to working with premium drinks and selling premium brands within On-Trade
  • Demonstrable evidence of good gravitas, passion, drive, creativity and commercial strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills to drive commercial success.
  • Amazing track record and extensive contact book
  • A clear ability to work strategically with company directors and at the hands-on ground level.
