Finance Manager - Fostering (Bolton)

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Reporting - Fostering, you will be required to provide effective financial contract and to provide timely and accurate management information.

You will act as Business Partner for Senior Managers across fostering guiding them on commercial matter and promoting financial understanding.

You will provide monthly financial results with comment and consolidate, manipulate and present data to produce meaningful trends and influence business outcomes.

You will travel to our fostering offices and also our Uxbridge Office as required.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a recognised UK accounting qualification and relevant experience and a good knowledge of UK GAAP. Plus you will also need strong line management skills as this role will oversee a team of 9.

It is essential that you are able to meet tight deadlines, showing good initiative to take ownership of tasks. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the group.
