Job description

- Analysis of potential investment opportunities including financial modelling, drafting investment committee papers and performing due diligence

- Involvement in all aspects of transaction structuring and execution

- Active participation in portfolio company management

- Preparation for and execution of portfolio company exits

- Unparalleled exposure to all aspects of private equity investing

- Salary of £70k-£80k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus

- Based in Central London - Pall Mall

Candidate Essential Requirements

- High quality degree from a leading university

- Ability to perform and deliver under pressure and tight timelines

- At least 3 years of post-graduate experience within a private equity firm

- Solid analytical, numeric and valuation skills

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Proficient with the following database / IT tools: Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), CapIQ, FactSet, QlikSense, Bloomberg, etc

- Experienced in debt financing

- Strong writing skills (in English)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
