School Engagement Executive

London, UK

Contract Type
Full Time
The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. Children eligible for free school meals are less likely to get good GCSEs and go on to higher education. This makes it more likely they will struggle throughout their lives, widening social inequality. It's a cycle that we're determined to break.

The School Engagement Executive will ensure that school engagement opportunities are delivered strategically and professionally; in line with the wider objectives and relationships Teach First has with schools and supporters and in a way that has the greatest impact on pupils possible. This role will work closely with the School Engagement Manager, Account Managers and regional delivery experts to ensure that school engagement opportunities are delivered impeccably, so that supporters, schools and young people have the most positive experience of working with Teach First.

The ideal candidate cultivates a customer-centric culture where the customer experience is considered of paramount importance. You have a proven track record of competently managing and monitoring the implementation of multiple project plans and handling obstacles effectively. You can manage and develop external stakeholder relationships and partnerships to produce favourable outcomes for Teach First.

The day when no child's future is limited by their background is coming, yet, there is still more to be done. Join us and help us ensure every child in the UK has a fair shot at their ambitions.
