A dynamic Not for profit organisation in central London are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cash allocation.

• Maintaining aged receivables listing and reconciliation.

• Communicating with clients regarding outstanding high value receivable's

• Bank reconciliations.

• Reconciling client accounts.

• Raising Invoices.

• Daily cash position.

• Query resolution.

• Ability to assist and cover holidays / sickness workload within the Finance Dept.

• Such other duties as directed by the Finance Manager as may be required on an ad-hoc basis.

Personal Experience:

• Experience of Sage line 50 essential.

• Experience of Salesforce highly desirable.

• Intermediate Excel skills is desirable but not essential (pivot tables & Vlookups).

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their workload.
