This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing MSP as a 2nd Line Support Engineer based in Cheltenham.

Client Details

My client is a growing MSP based in Cheltenham, they are looking for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be looking to learn new skills and develop into a 2nd/3rd Line Engineer.

Description

This role of IT Support Engineer will be based from home when not out and about at client sites.

Essential Skills and Experience
* Deployment, management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2019
* Router, Switch and Firewall configuration, troubleshooting and setup
* Understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
* Desktop Support
* Azure, Office365 administration and support
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/10
* Excellent Written/Oral English language skills
* Full UK driving licence

Desired Skills and Experience
* Microsoft Azure and Office365 - Setup from scratch and migrations
* PowerShell scripting
* ConnectWise Manage
* Ubiquiti and Cisco products
