My client is looking for an experienced Payments Manager to join a fast-growing start up. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of payment partners for three online casino brands as well as exploring key opportunities to grow and improve them.

This role is mid-senior level and reports to the Head of Payments & Fraud.

Responsibilities:

Build and develop relationships with new and existing payment partners

Negotiate with PSPs to reduce payment cost and improve settlement terms

Define success metrics to measure PSP performance and monitor them on a regular basis to ensure they are met and ideally exceeded

Manage roll outs of new payment methods, features or improvements and assure the right stakeholders are kept informed

Handle the end-to-end PSP onboarding process including commercials, contracts, due diligence and technical integration

Research new payment revenue opportunities and conduct competitor analysis

Advise on cashier and payment gateway improvements to increase conversion

Prepare monthly reports for management

Ensure PCI Compliance

Qualifications and experience:

3-4 years' experience in the online payment industry either on PSP or gaming merchant side

Deep knowledge of the current online payments ecosystem as well as regulations in the payments industry (PCI, SCA, etc.)

Detail-oriented with great organisational and analytical skills

Strong commercial business acumen

Excellent communication skills in English

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance

Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables)

Desirable:

Understanding of the online gaming industry and its regulatory environment

Understanding of scheme rules and regulations, payments acceptance processes and systems

Advanced Excel skills (look ups, dashboards)

Experience with JIRA and Confluence

Experience with DevCode and payment routing rules

25 days holidays plus Bank holidays

Starting ASAP

Salary Competitive- Depending on experience
