Client Services Team Manager - Asset Manager
A prestigious and global Asset Manager. Description Manages staff. Provides guidance, training and motivation as necessary to develop staff. Hires, evaluates and counsels crew. Follows corporate disciplinary procedures per established standards as required. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, provides feedback, and recommends wage increases in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. Designs, develops and oversees the functions in charge of business planning, client experience processes, complaints and escalation oversight and client operational support Maintains strong understanding of the online investment platform Stays abreast of industry and competitor news and trends and assesses impact to client experience model Manages oversight of complaints handling process and reporting. Responds to regulatory changes as necessary Partners with management team, peers and cross business stakeholders to ensure that excellent service is provided to clients and potential clients. Manages multiple relationships within and outside of the team Develops, implements, and monitors tactical and strategic plans for improving client experience while regularly providing feedback on progress. Analyses and reports team performance to management regularly Assists in handling client enquiries during high volume periods. Adheres to expected service standards and follows standardised processes. Participates in special projects and performs multiple other duties as assigned Profile You must have people management experience; conducting 121s, appraisals, reviews etc. You must have Client Services experience, ideally from an Asset Management setting Job Offer Competitive package.
