We are looking for process engineers and change ambassadors who can help us define how our processes work today and design what they should look like for the future. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager Process Re-engineering In this role, you will: Proven experience of designing and embedding operational process improvements Strong knowledge and experience of process mapping, process design and process reengineering using a variety of tools and techniques Relationship management and influencing skills The ability to apply design principles to business solutions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels Qualifications To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Inquisitive, detail orientated, able to filter the right information and be solution focused; Like working as part of a team, able to collaborate to accomplish common goals in agile environments Have experience facilitation workshops and 'show and tell' sessions with senior stakeholders Have experience in Consulting or Banking in Change Delivery, Lean, Process Mapping, Process Engineering or Transformation.
