Role : CIB Operations - Resiliency - Program Analyst - Vice President -Bournemouth Taking your careerto the next level in the CIB Resiliency organisation means you will build onyour previous experience, moving into a role which requires a level of independentdecision making and judgment. You will work effectively with minimalsupervision to align yourself with responsibilities outlined by the function. In recent months we have seen anincreased level of regulatory focus globally on operational resilience, withregulators challenging organisations to enhance their resiliency frameworks. Aspart of the CIB Resiliency Programme, your role will be to support theprogramme team in the continued enhancement of the firm's ability to respond toever changing and more complex Resiliency, Resolution & Recovery events, toensure that the firm can effectively maintain key business processes, systemsand support functions in the event of disruption. This role will support theimplementation of Process, Technology and systematic solutions that deliver improvedResiliency planning, testing and reporting that meet Regulatoryrequirements. The successful candidatewill work closely with CIB's Resiliency Managers across the globalorganisation, as well as Firmwide Corporate Resiliency team. Through process mapping and businessanalysis you will help identify areas of improvement and work closely withTechnology teams through the development and deployment of requirements Ideally you will need to be competent insynthesising and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources to comeup with solutions to problems.
