The Just Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger and Admin Assistant for their client based in the Ipswich area.

Due to location you will need to drive.

You will be responsible for the matching and inputting of purchase invoices and administration support to the Finance department. Day to day duties will include but not limited to matching and posting supplier invoices, dealing with any supplier queries in a timely manner, and telephone answering.

Duties include:

*Matching and posting of supplier invoices
*Supplier invoice queries
*Emailing sales invoices to customers
*Sending customer statements
*Creating and sending Advice notes / Self bills
*Answering the phone
*Monitoring Admin email account and distributing emails to the correct person

Skills required:

*The candidate should be computer literate, fully conversant with Microsoft Office.
*Experience with Excel would be beneficial
*The ability to interpret financial information and attention to detail are also key skills required.

Interpersonal & Communication skills:

*The ability to work in a team and independently.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Hours will be Monday to Friday 8-30-5.00pm with half an hour for lunch. Holidays will be 20 days per annum, a pension scheme upon successful completion of probationary period.
