Technical Support Manager

Brief Overview

Triad is seeking a Technical Support Manager who will manage a team assisting incoming technical support queries from internal and external customers.

You will be highly computer literate and can analyse problems in a logical manner. You will be reporting on performance and looking to achieve constant process improvement. You will be are able to partake in an out of hours on-call rota due to the Global client base.

Experience/Key Skills
  • Managing a small team of Technical Support professionals
  • A strong understanding of software and hardware customer support
  • Manging the team responsible for product testing
  • Provide response rate statistics to manage team performance
  • Put together surveys and statistics on customer satisfaction levels
  • Highly computer literate
