Job Description
Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city.

Based at the new Regional Performance Centre for Sport (RPC Dundee) at Caird Park, operated by Leisure and Culture Dundee, you will be the face of the service to welcome users and allocate meeting rooms, changing areas and confirming space booked within this extensive facility. You will also be the first point of contact to assist with any enquiries from the public or users.

There are 2 part time posts (18 hours per week) and 1 full time post (37 hours per week) available. Please indicate your preference on your application form.

These posts will involve evening and weekend work.

The salary advertised is inclusive of a supplement to ensure you are paid a minimum of the Scottish Local Government Living Wage which is £9.07 per hour.

You must have good timekeeping, cash handling skills and numeracy skills. Good communication skills are essential and the Ability to work as part of a team as well as the ability to use initiative are important aspects of the role.

You will demonstrate a readiness to respond to reasonable demands of the service, be willing to undertake training opportunities for purposes of both personal and service development, and have the ability to work evenings and weekends.
