This company in the property industry are looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join their team based in Kettering. The will involving dealing 1st Line issues and request and escalating issues when necessary. Responsibilities: Analyse and troubleshoot a variety of issues and requests via telephone, email, remote desktop support. Manage issues and requests across brand-facing and corporate systems Support defined prioritisation, escalating issues where appropriate Ensure all issues and requests are effectively tracked within issue tracking/management system Liaise with technical teams to manage new installations and updates Requirements: Solid experience in a similar role Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills Proactive and creative problem-solving approach Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills Technical qualification related to Microsoft Office and/or modern web/browser technologies This role is ideal for someone with Junior level experience in a similar role who is looking to move into a new industry and join a well-established successful company who can offer a competitive salary and great benefits as well as professional development and progression opportunities.
