A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a highly competent Asset Management Data Administrator to join one of Badenoch & Clark's most improved Housing Association clients on a temporary basis.

This is a full time role (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based in Central London, working within their Asset Management Department. The post involves assisting the Asset Data & Systems Manager in developing and maintaining technical documentation associated with the Asset Management function.

You will also be expected to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Manager and other members of the Asset Management team, specifically in relation to the Health & Safety Compliance team.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Assisting and advising the Asset Data & Systems Manager in formulating and developing administrative procedures and system improvements.
* Providing systems data and KPI reports to support the Asset Management team.
* Liaising with external agencies, contractors, consultants and suppliers to procure and collate data and documents, dealing with enquiries and providing information.
* Developing and maintaining effective electronic document and data storage systems.
* Undertaking word processing, copying and filing of private and confidential documents on behalf of the Asset Management Team.
* Drafting and sending routine letters and emails in response to enquiries.
* Regularly maintaining electronic filing systems for the team.

A strong background in asset and data administration, and/or Property Services/Maintenance/Technical admin work obtained in the public sector would be a real advantage, but not essential.
