Gasway are East Anglia's premier boiler and heating experts delivering both reactive and planned solutions to our customers. We have an excellent opportunity for a full time servicing and deployment coordinator to join our social housing team based in our Head Office, Norwich.

Working closely with the Contract Manager, you will have many different elements to your role and daily duties will be extremely varied. These include being the point of contact for our clients and customers, effectively optimising the deployment of available engineer resource, reactive planning to ensure customer needs are met and ensuring all required legislative documentation is recorded and maintained. You will also be responsible for creating accurate purchase orders, providing operational performance reports and invoicing in a timely manner.

This is a busy role and as the ideal candidate you will be highly organised, have the ability to communicate with clients and engineers, be logical and have excellent attention to detail. You should be confident and effective in putting across your point of view and have a customer and team focus. Experience in a similar contracts position is desirable and you must have strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages.
