Admin Assistant Role Description

We are looking for a fantastic Administration Assistant to provide post completion administrative support to the Real Estate department in our Milton Keynes office. The team are highly reputable Tier 1 practice, working on a wide variety of real estate transactions, both domestic and international. They are looking to further grow their reputation by appointing someone to provide administrative assistance across the team, from audio/copy typing, filing & archiving, and basic diary management, to assisting with Land Registry searches, dealing with post completion matters, and providing more general ad hoc admin support. Our ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, have a composed and professional telephone manner, be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, while also demonstrate a keen and enthusiastic interest in conveyancing.

Key Tasks:
  • Updating InterAction, inputting contacts and client data
  • Arrange documents in an efficient and convenient manner for storage and future reference
  • Arrange managers' travel schedule, such as booking flight and train tickets, hotel stays, and trip itineraries
  • Use a clear, pleasant and polite telephone voice to receive and redirect calls to the appropriate individual
  • Coordinate meetings between several individuals, and ensure meeting rooms and facilities are in place for an effective meeting to take place
  • Undertake general administrative support tasks, such as filing and document management
