Legal Administration Assistant £16,500 plus uncapped monthly bonus + 28 days holiday!

Are you looking to work for one of the fastest growning companies in Leeds? My client is looking to recruit a team of Legal Assistants to provide administration and customer service support.

This role is to start on the 6th July, and you will be required to undertake intensive training within the first 5 weeks.

The role is to work within their Remortgage department where you will be expected to undertake a wide variety of administration responsibilities such as: -

Liaising with client.
Deal with inbound and outbound correspondence via post and email whislt working to agreed service standards and to a highly professional level.
Updating the inhouse database.
Correctly interpret redemption statements and search results.
Drafting legal documentation.

Personal Qualities

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and to work under pressure.
* Good team player, but also ability to work on own initiative.
* Good attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills.
* Good data input skills.
* Previous administrative/customer service/conveyancing experience.
