Our client, an iconic food brand whose head office is based in Milton Keynes, are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to join their team for a temporary 12-month maternity cover contract.

As Paid Social Media Manager, you will take control of all UK and ROI paid social media campaigns and be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating paid social strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Building spend forecasts and monitoring campaigns to deliver agreed targets.
  • Feeding results into future testing both from a media and creative optimisation point of view.
  • Planning to ensure media budget is spent effectively and efficiently.
  • Execute continuous test and learn approach to gain understanding of which content should be promoted on each platform and to which audiences.
  • Work with CRM team to utilise 1st party data where relevant.
  • Evaluate and report on performance of paid media social content.
  • Work with the Digital Brand team and creative agencies to support the content calendar by planning media.
  • Make recommendations to creatives & brand team to maximise performance.
  • Manage communication with all campaign stakeholders.
  • Organise regular catch-ups with key social platforms and partners.
  • Ensure customer-centric focus and high levels of service (internal & external).

Skills & Experience:
  • Solid hands-on paid social marketing experience, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Sound experience using Facebook Ads Manager & Twitter Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience of executing a test plan.
  • Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid web analytics experience, preferably Google Analytics.
  • Adept in online sales and marketing reporting, extraction and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Experience of running paid social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Snap.
  • Proficient understanding of customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Experience managing 3rd party agency/platform relationships.
  • Campaign management skills.
