Quality Compliance Manager PPE
Location: Isleworth
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours
Salary: up to £35,000 + Bonus

The Role
To provide Technical Product Support ensuring all Safety products are compliant to relevant legislation. Understand new legislation and pass cross functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor purchasing quality milestone process ensuring it remains relevant and up to date at all times, with full compliance to legislation. Support Technical Manager on all external committees and meetings, where appropriate. Investigate non-conforming Exclusive Branded product, following through with corrective action and recommendations. Support the management of the QA inspection & Test Facility. Provide Technical Support with all customer facing sales team members as required or direct with customers.
• Supports, investigates and provides solutions in line with OP08 customer complaints procedure
• Supports sign off procedure in line with purchasing milestone process to ensure conformity with EC Type Test certification.
• Representing Bunzl Safety with our chosen 3rd party notified body /test house in all product compliance matters (SATRA)
• Receives future legislation change information, disseminates to Category Managers, Suppliers, Sales Team members and Customers.
• Supports Category Managers with the creation of Declaration of Conformity.
• Acting as key member with various auditing bodies to demonstrate compliance and adherence to procedures.
• Represent Bunzl Safety at all BSIF Counterfeit & Illegal Products Committee Meetings.
• Provides technical and product support to National Sales Team, Service Centres, external sales force and customers.
• Engage with Health & Safety Depts of our customers providing further specialist technical support.
• Where required, attend and contribute to customer safety committees.
• Attend Exhibitions and Road shows, supporting Purchasing on QA / QC
• Support in the delivery of our audit processes and providing proof documentation to 3rd party auditors

Your skills
Hold recognised experience in Product Quality management
Demonstrates successful operational management experience
Prepare and present training to all levels
