Key Responsibilities: - To protect our card members and AMEX from Identity theft, along with minimising fraud loss exposure to the business by identifying accounts that were obtained through fraudulent applications, which are either pre or post approved; and identifying American Express Accounts that have been opened or taken over by fraudsters. Our investigations into these potential ID fraud cases are crucial to prevent potential ID fraud, whilst ensuring we are following company processes and compliance.

Also spotting fraud trends and potential fraud rings that could be targeting AMEX and our customers.

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00

Saturday 09:00 - 18:00

Sunday 09:00 - 17:00
