Brand Recruitment have partnered exclusively with an award-winning, premium brand to source their new Tour Coordinator, based in a rural, idyllic setting in the heart of Northamptonshire.

Due to their continued success and the popularity of their brand, they are looking for a Tour Coordinator to support with all on site events on a part time basis. You'll need to have a degree of flexibility for this role, as you will be expected to work evenings and weekends as part of this role. Occasionally you may be required to work more than the contracted 24 hours per week. If you're a personable, confident and organised individual with a natural ability to communicate, a great sense of humour and a fun spirit, then we want to hear from you.

As Tour Coordinator, your role will encompass all areas from assisting in the creation of the content of all tours as well as their proposed development of a new experiential class, managing enquiries and bookings, managing stock levels and eventually leading tours for both corporate and public guests. A confident and eloquent communicator, you will take the history of the brand; their origins and their story and distil it into an informative and engaging experience for all customers. A background in events and project management would be preferable and you will need meticulous organisation skills and prior experience in public speaking would be beneficial. A passion for food and drink will serve you well, as will a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold a full UK driver's licence. This role is commutable to those living in Kettering, Northampton, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Rugby, Corby, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Leicester and Oundle.
