Person Specification
This position would suit an enthusiastic Science graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role and a Biology degree at a 2:2 or better. We want to see graduates with the drive to confidently communicate with teachers, other teaching assistants and senior leaders, in order to work together to help the pupils in question. You should have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and a positive attitude in the classroom.

About the Role
As a Biology Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be working primarily within the Science Department and you will be supporting pupils up to A-level. You will be aiding the development of pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. Well-resourced with brand new laboratories, you will have the latest teaching tools at your disposal and you will assist in classes where the need is greatest.
