We have a fabulous opportunity for a Wholesale Administration Assistant to join our New Business & Wholesale Department. You will support the Account Managers in the team with the day to day management of account administration, as well as providing analysis and reporting as required to monitor customer orders and deliveries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This role will be responsible for a number of important activities, including:

·Assisting the Account Managers with managing orders, monitoring delivery schedules and producing sales reports

·Producing seasonal lookbooks (in collaboration with our Buying teams) and creating order forms for customer orders

·Completing training in Alteyx (a data platform for processing multiple data sources) and assisting Account Managers in automating reporting and data processing using this tool

·Supporting Account Managers in maintaining high quality and accurate reporting across all partner accounts managed

·Providing support to the New Business & Wholesale team in admin related tasks and reporting projects as needed

WHO YOU'LL BE:

With your positive, and pro-active attitude you will also demonstrate a passion for retailing, an affinity for numbers and have the following experience/skillset:

·Experience working in Excel and managing large data sets

·Personal planning and organising skills, with the confidence to ask questions and discuss the prioritisation of a varied workload with your manager

·A good eye for numbers, with accuracy and attention to detail essential tools for the job

·Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team

·Initiative and drive, with a flexible outlook and a positive 'can do' attitude

·Knowledge of Paperchase, and a love of all things stationery-based

NICE TO HAVE:

While you don't have to have the following skillset/experience, it would be fantastic to see:

·Work experience in a similar fast paced, high street retail brand, possibly within Head Office Wholesale or Merchandising teams

·Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, VBA, macros etc.) - in-house training will be provided if necessary

·Knowledge of Alteryx - comprehensive in-house training will be provided
