Lead Product Owner required by this massive company in the digital retail space to represent the voice of the customer by maintaining and prioritising the backlog to ensure that the team is working on stories that maximize business value and deliver necessary fixes and functionality to all customers. As Lead Product Owner you will work on one of the largest, most complex digital products in the UK, and drive significant innovation.

Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking Agile team. As a Lead Product Owner you'll take responsibility for:

·Leading a team of Product Owners.

Draft key objectives, strategies and apply the data for a product to make business decisions.

·Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

·Accountable for a created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.

·Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.

·Lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners and stakeholder management for a product(s).

·Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.

·Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and strong drive to resolve issues

Experience and knowledge

·Ability to quickly understand customer and business value of new product features

·Ability to apply Agile analysis techniques for defining and creating user stories and acceptance criteria

·Ability to quickly understand the technology landscape of the product area they are working in

·Ability to produce high quality supporting artefacts to assist the team in development of the feature
