The Rec Pool Group are actively recruiting for a B2B Marketer on behalf of our client, based in Birkenhead. The role is a full-time position and offers immediate start where applicable.

  • Lead on creating and delivering effective marketing engagement strategies and campaigns including social media marketing interventions, direct campaigns, digital marketing campaigns or other new business approaches.
  • Be responsible for managing and mentoring members of the team; you will also lead on managing departmental workflow.
  • You will need to be an independent self-starter, flexible and driven by a desire to help people positively change their lifestyle behaviours.
  • You will be a creative and strategic thinker with flair for customer engagement.
  • You will be used to working towards outcome targets and you will have experience of project management and planning skills.
  • You must possess excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills - you will be highly skilled in building relationships and communicating at all levels.
  • Creativity, however, should remain central to your role. Your ability to tell the right story, to the right person at the right time will be just as important as your tech-skills.

  • Able to develop marketing strategies and tactics as well as an experienced project manager.
  • Able to deliver high quality work to clients, on time and within budget.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies.
  • A recognised marketing qualification with an understanding of social marketing.
  • Ability to design and deliver marketing strategies and tactics on a range of client projects and subject matters.
  • Interpreting (internal) clients' briefs, understanding requirements and at times writing successful bids/tenders, as well as attending pitches.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, with high energy and enthusiasm levels.

The package:
  • Full time 37.5 hours per week
