If you have experience as an Account Manager in an agency environment and want a new challenge then this could be for you!

My client is an award-winning data, CRM and loyalty agency looking for a passionate, energetic and engaged Account Manager to join the team!

For this role you will need to be able to work on a fast-paced account that works across multiple channels. Having confident to work on emails, direct mail, digital channels and have a sound understanding of data.

Tight deadlines and multi-tasking are an integral part of the Account Manager role so organisation, time management and the ability to prioritise and delegate work. All these factors link to confident communication, the ability to manage, motivate and liaise with other departments as well as external clients, agencies and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities of an Account Manager:

Managing, from end to end, with help from your SAM, live projects and campaigns
Ensure campaigns are compelling and something you are proud of, as well as being on time and to the brief
Participating in Status Meetings, showing confidence and understanding of all projects you are involved in
Lead by example, closely supporting your Account Executive
Demonstrate strong understanding of data and be able to write and interrogate data briefs, working with a third-party agency to ensure the brief is met
Keep track of budget and finance elements and aiding SAM/AD in forecasting each month

Skills/ Experience of an Account Manager:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
Plans, organises and controls work and resources to achieve specified outcome
Able to produce effective and clear briefs across data, campaign, email and DM
Works well in a team. Also, being able to lead and support the team
Comfortable with presenting with positive body language
Possess relevant depth and range of technical knowledge and skills
Proven track record of dealing with accounts which required you to manage multiple projects/campaigns at once
Understanding of Agency process; from taking clients brief through to campaign delivery
Experience in direct/email marketing and direct mail
Worked on large brands
