Our fast expanding international law firm client is currently looking for a Payroll & Benefits Assistant to join their dynamic HR team on a permanent basis, assisting with duties across the payroll and benefits functions. Full payroll responsibilities include administering all monthly payroll processing, ensuring data is transferred securely to an outsourced payroll provider, acting as a first point of contact for all payroll related queries from personnel in the London office, processing monthly payroll reports for flexible benefits providers and automatic pension enrolment, reconciling and confirming payment of pension contributions on a monthly basis and assisting with the monthly payroll audit. You will also be required to handle all day-to-day administration of the flexible benefits scheme, assist with the annual renewal process, ensure all data surrounding rewards and benefits is kept up-to-date, respond to benefits related queries, run all monthly benefits reports, process all benefits requests and keep an up-to-date record of membership details for all benefits. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of salary review and bonus letters, filing letters to electronic employee files, ensuring all salary and bonus payments are kept on record and any undertaking any other ad hoc duties which may arise from the wider HR team. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, be able to handle confidential information appropriately and have at least 12 months experience of working within an HR function, ideally within a law firm. The firm is based in stunning offices and work a standard day of 9.30am to 5.30pm
