Elevation Recruitment Group are working closely with our client based in Sheffield to recruit a Customer Service Order Processor.

As a leading global consumer products company, they offer creative solutions for their customers with a strong portfolio of well recognised and widely trusted brands.

You will provide high-level support to both Customers and Sales including order management from entry to delivery, query handling, and communication.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for order management from sales order entry to delivery and invoice dispatch

- Handle customer enquiries (pricing, stock availability, delays, short shipments, etc.) and specific customer requests

- Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies

- Manage defective returns including seasonal returns (RMA's) issue credit notes

- Liaise with our warehouses for shipping orders and receiving returns

- Act as point of contact for the sales team, provide support to sales with documentation, reports & data as requested

- Prepare export documents when applicable

Requirements:

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and intermediate Excel skills

- Driven, with a good work ethic

- Sales order processing experience is essential

- Strong excel skills, must be able to do V-look ups and Pivot tables
