Job Title: Client Success Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Central Bournemouth

Salary: Up to £35k DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Become a Client Success Manager at a fast growing Inbound Digital Agency in Central Bournemouth who are expanding their team.

Our client uses the latest techniques and technology across marketing, sales and service to help their clients acquire new leads, convert them into customers and provide customer support. In the last 2 years they have gone through phenomenal growth and the expansion is continuing. This is such an exciting time to join a growing team. This role has amazing opportunities to be one of the cornerstones of the business as it continues to grow.

The perfect person would have an agency background, whether it be full service, integrated or digital it doesn't matter. What you need to know is how an agency ticks, have fantastic client services skills with the ability to juggle numerous plates so this means you'll be SUPER organised and a stickler for attention to detail. You'll be managing client relationships and will be the liaison between clients and content providers. A love of tech will help as this is where the majority of the client base sits.

The Role:

The role is all about delighting the growing our client base - ensuring that they get the best possible service and that the agency drive the growth goals of the clients.

It is an exciting and fast paced role, where you will be challenged and learn every day. You'll work alongside the team of HubSpot experts, designers, developers and biddable media specialists. You will work very closely with the founders on client relationships and client strategy.

The Person:

* Minimum of 2 years agency experience

* Bags of digital knowledge and enthusiasm

* Excellent communication skills with clients and the team

* An abundance of drive and energy

* Natural organisational and multitasking skills

* A forensic attention to detail and the ability to implement processes to maintain quality control across the accounts

* An affinity for new technology

* 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays - minimum.
