Our client is a global Pharmaceutical company specialising in the Oncology and Rare Diseases markets. They are seeking a self-motivated Brand Manager to lead the marketing plans and brand strategy processes for their leading UK Oncology portfolio. This role will be based from Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, with some UK and international travel when required.

Key roles and responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Brand Manager

* Assist with planning and generation of customer insight in order to develop market understanding.

* Attend workshops and congress as appropriate.

* Lead the brand planning process for UK products in line with responsibilities and in conjunction with key stakeholders.

* Understand and appropriately leverage key decision-making points on the customer and patient journey.

* Identify and exploit appropriate marketing segments for responsible products.

* Localise key brand messages, brand differentiation, whilst retaining overall global marketing guidelines and direction.

* Long term planning to identify market opportunities and short-term forecasting to inform supply.

Minimum requirements for the Pharmaceutical Brand Manager

* You will have recent UK Brand Management experience, working within Oncology/Rare Diseases.

* Willingness and flexibility to travel.

* Ability to interpret and disseminate competitor information.

* Excellent communication skills - written, oral and presentation.
