Role Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the daily management of campaigns on a whole host of social acquisition channels ranging from Facebook to Instagram, Twitter to Spotify.


  • Aiding and assisting with paid social campaign creation & optimisation
  • Running daily reports on existing campaigns based on performance against core key performance indicators
  • Analysing, manipulating and presenting performance data to inform creative content development and marketing strategy.
  • Use of google analytics to aid in campaign and website optimisation
  • Aiding and assisting in email campaign creation
  • Aiding and assisting in data collection for market research for growth and expansion planning


  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think logically
  • Interest in keeping up to date with the latest marketing trends
  • Can demonstrate an ability to work efficiently with high levels of attention to detail
  • Organised and can work to set and self-imposed deadlines
  • Experience using Facebook Power Editor/ Twitter Campaign Manager/ Adwords is a plus


  • Attend events hosted by Pirate, with the likes of Eats Everything, DJ Oneman, Shadow Child and festivals ranging from Isle of Wight to Boomtown.
