Junior Management Information (MI) Analyst

Are you analytically minded, with an interest in data?

Do you know your way around a spreadsheet?

Can you tell the difference between a VLOOKUP, Pivot table and a COUNTIF?

Do you have sound attention to detail?

Do you have an enquiring mind? Are you keen to learn in a hands on Analyst/Reporting role?

The MI Analyst will define and deliver service reports for client and internal use and proactively analyse data to identify issues and opportunities to improve service delivery, will also ensure that all master data in the call management system is up-to-date and accurate.
  • To support the design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reporting for customers and internal data users.
  • To proactively analyse data relating to the delivery of the services and identify 'out of line' situations, trends, issues or areas that require further analysis.
  • To develop and maintain an extensive personal knowledge of the reporting systems and understand how master data feeds into the reporting tools.
  • To proactively review and make recommendations on potential improvements to working practices and performance
  • To update master data in the call management system in a timely and accurate manner (e.g. client records, contractual details, addresses, contact names, product types, etc)
  • To proactively review master data and highlight data anomalies; correcting or escalating for further investigation
  • To complete additional ad hoc tasks and project work, as required
  • To provide cover during periods of work load peak, holidays or unscheduled absences for colleagues
  • To complete ad hoc duties and tasks allocated through line management chain from time to time
