Salary:£25,000 pa + great benefits

Hours:Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The job of a Reconciliations Manager will involve the following main duties:
  • Manage the reconciliation team of 5 colleagues, and accountable for the delivery of in excess of 600 client reconciliations
  • Develop colleagues within the reconciliation team and be a problem solving point of escalation
  • Liaise with Operational colleagues to resolve and reporting queries.
  • Where required be an operational point of contact for on boarding new clients / accounts and communicating process requirements

For your application to be successful for this Cardiff based Reconciliations Manager role, your CV should demonstrate the following:
  • Experience in leading a team and a good communicator with both colleague and stakeholders
  • An understanding of claims management processes, and business systems
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise work accordingly.
  • Experience of using excel to an intermediate standard, and able to demonstrate a high level of numeracy and problem solving.
  • A team player with excellent listening skills.
  • Formal accounting experience is not a specific requirement for this role, but candidates would be expected to demonstrate the above competencies
