Due to ongoing expansion, my client is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to expand its busy office in Kent.

The business is a specialist firm of Independent Financial Advisers that provide first class advice to Private Clients on wealth management and strategic financial planning.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to a small group of busy IFA's. The role will involve checking client files before the case is submitted, tracking these cases through to completion, as well as preparing annual review packs. You will also need to be up to date with product knowledge so you can produce reports accurately and this role will also involve general admin tasks.

You will have experience of working within a financial services environment, preferably the IFA space as an Administrator. It is preferred that you have experience of using back office systems such as Intelliflo. The role requires you to maintain strong relationships with clients and providers; therefore you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with others.
