We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader to Our stunning Renfrew Day Nursery.

Your role as Room Leader will include:

- Lead and inspire the team to work towards a common goal sharing ideas and feedback to create consistency
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Understand the importance of keeping everyone safe and the part you play
- Have a child centred approach, ensuring through monitoring that the observation and planning process meets the needs of all children and their interests.
- Maintaining and monitoring of accurate and effective children's records and completion of progress checks
- Attend staff meetings and training
- Coach, mentor and manage other staff when required

You may have experience of the following: Childcare Practitioner, Early Years Practitioner, Play worker, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Early Years Educator,
Leader.
