Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Adviser

My client is a vibrant charity fundraising call centre holding accounts with a number of major, household name charities you would recognise. Their portfolio includes a mix of children's' charities, cancer charities, animal charities and human rights charities.

The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Adviser will be responsible for representing these inspiring charities - and the fantastic campaigns and causes they work on - over the telephone to members of the public. The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Adviser will need to be comfortable cold calling members of the public and asking for a financial contribution in the form of a Direct Debit.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of callers. The office environment is very sociable and full of atmosphere.

As a Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Adviser you will be trained on the charity you will be representing, so do not worry if you have never done anything similar before - we welcome applications from candidates with all work backgrounds - the most important thing is that you are passionate.

The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Advisers start on a wage of £8.35 p/h (£8.21 p/h during training) quickly rising to £9.30 p/h. In addition to this there is a generous commission structure to boost your earnings.

The Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Agent / Outbound Customer Service Advisers work five days a week 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, and then some Saturdays 10:30-18:30, with a day off in the week.
