Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: East Midlands

Salary: up to £40-45K depending on experience, plus a £5000 car allowance, 30% commission

About the role of Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for building and developing relationships with intermediaries in the East Midlands, communicating the product proposition You will be required to maximise the full potential of the company's business partners to increase business levels.

Responsibilities and Experience required for the role of Business Development Manager
  • Develop new and existing introducer relationships
  • Become an expert on the product proposition
  • Plan and organised own workload, identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Contribute towards functional strategy development and planning
  • Kept abreast of market and competitors
  • Attend networking events
  • To be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you will need to have a proven track record in the Buy to Let sector as a Business Development Manager, developing relationships with introducers. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, can research and develop business with superb relationship management skills. You will need to be self-motivated with drive to succeed
