We are a growing premium fashion company who specialise within the men's & ladies' sectors looking to recruit an eCommerce Assistant to work within our growing eCommerce department.We are keen to recruit a motivated individual able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment who is keen to be involved in all elements of eCommerce.

With plenty of freedom and initiative, you'll provide invaluable support to the eCommerce Manager. Working within a busy department, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our eCommerce department and delivering a high level of service to our customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and capable individual with excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in the eCommerce domain.Full training on all systems will be provided for the successful candidate.

Duties and responsibilities are varied across the department but will include:
  • Supporting the growth of the eCommerce department
  • Regular reporting and review of data
  • Continuous improvement within the role, simplifying processes and operations to maximize efficiencies
  • Online product merchandising
  • Day to day support across all digital channels, including Social Media.

Candidate profile:
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately, with excellent attention to detail
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment and keeping to deadlines
  • A desire to learn and a 'can do' attitude is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (notably Excel and Word)
  • Experience with Photoshop or Photoshop elements is desirable but not essential.

  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (Essential)
  • Photoshop or Photoshop Elements: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MS Office skills including Word, Excel etc: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Experience of working with a live product database and preparing products for listing onto eBay, Amazon & Magento sales channels (Preferred).
